My Story

How one stretching session and one massage changed my life, that's my story. I went back to school to start a back up career and decided to do an internship and try it out before I went to school for 2 years. The internship did not work out and the stress left me with back spasms and stress in my body that I hadn't experienced in years. I had a back injury for years and had lower back pain every morning but at this point I was having pain in new areas. I received a phone call from an old friend who had been having back problems, after a brief conversation I couldn't wait to ask who it was that had helped him out. He referred me to a Massage Therapist who was trained in Active Isolated Stretching and after one complete body session, I felt relief in areas that had been restricted for years. I continued to see this therapist to learn everything I could. He was a inspiration, and I told him I wanted to learn.
I became a personal trainer and trained with Aaron Mattes, for Active Isolated Stretching and then decided to go to massage therapy school to learn everything I could about the body. You always hear that one experience can change your life and I am living proof of that. I love what I do and I love helping people.
